After taking 2017 off, The Patagonia Museum and Borderlands Restoration Network are teaming up to present the 8th annual EARTHfest! This year the event will take place on Saturday, April 21st, from 9am-6pm.
The theme for our celebration will be water. The events will be held primarily at Old Main (100 School Street in Patagonia, AZ), with booths and other happenings in the Town Park, Patagonia Public Library, and The Arts Center/Tin Shed Theater.
Events include a native plant sale, family activities at the Borderlands Restoration seed lab, a series of presentations related to water and land stewardship at The Patagonia Museum, a film about through hiking from PARA, a youth art show from The After School Arts Class, electronic recycling from Better Bytes, info about our trails from the AZ Trails Association, music and food in the park with more plans in the works.
Come one, come all for a celebration of our majestic planet, and in particular, a celebration of the beautiful Sky Islands of the US/Mexico borderlands that we call home.
