The Patagonia Museum will host a highway cleanup on Friday, June 23, at 7 am. Please meet on Beaty Lane and Highway 82 at the west end of Doc Mock Park for a safety briefing.

Your tidbit of history is a photo from the Arizona Republic, January 24, 2011. Rita Beaty was the last surviving widow of an Arizona Ranger, Clarence “Chapo” Beaty. Rita and Chapo were married in 1934 and lived in Patagonia.
